The deal, in plain terms.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Antri, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. If you use Antri on behalf of an organization, you represent that you're authorized to accept these terms for it.

2. The service

Antri is a job-search tracking workspace. We offer a free plan and a paid plan (Antri Pro). We may add, change, or remove features over time. We aim for high availability but the service is provided on an "as available" basis and may experience downtime or maintenance.

3. Your account

You're responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and let us know if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be at least 16 years old to use Antri.

4. Free plan limits

The free plan lets you track up to 50 applications and use core features (pipeline, follow-ups, insights, import/export). Smart Add and the browser extension are part of Antri Pro. We may adjust free-plan limits with notice.

5. Antri Pro & billing

Antri Pro is a recurring subscription billed at $9.99 per month (or the price shown at checkout) through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us, via Stripe, to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• Your subscription renews automatically each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Prices may change; we'll give you advance notice, and changes apply to the next billing period.
• You're responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.
• If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend Pro features until payment succeeds.

6. Free trial

Antri Pro may be offered with a 3-day free trial. We collect your payment method at sign-up, and unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically and your payment method is charged at the end of the trial. You can cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being charged.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your account (Account → Manage subscription), which opens the billing portal. When you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again. After that, your account reverts to the free plan, and applications beyond the free limit remain readable and exportable but you won't be able to add new ones past the limit until you re-subscribe.

8. Refunds

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, and we don't provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused time. Because we offer a free trial, you can evaluate Pro before being charged. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we'll work with you in good faith.

9. Acceptable use

Don't misuse Antri. You agree not to: break the law; infringe others' rights; attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer for abuse, or gain unauthorized access to the service; scrape or automate in ways that harm the service; or use Antri to store or transmit malicious or unlawful content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the service or others at risk.

10. Open source

Antri's source code is open-source and available on GitHub under its published license. These Terms govern your use of the hosted service we operate at antri.xyz. If you self-host Antri, your use of the code is governed by its open-source license, and you operate your own instance at your own responsibility.

11. Your content & intellectual property

You own the application data you create in Antri. You grant us only the limited rights needed to host, process, and display it back to you and to operate features you use (such as AI extraction and email digests). The Antri name, brand, and the hosted service are ours. AI extraction may produce content from third-party job postings; you're responsible for reviewing it before relying on it.

12. Disclaimers

Antri is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. AI extraction and any automated parsing may be inaccurate or incomplete — always review drafts and details before relying on them. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost; please keep your own exports.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Antri and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD $50.

14. Termination

You can stop using Antri and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as payment obligations, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as Antri changes. We'll update the "last updated" date and, for material changes, provide more prominent notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts for disputes, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring claims elsewhere.
